Hello, today we are gonna talk about eyes, hands, and neck. This is important because we have different types of skin in these areas, and our needs can vary. So, let’s learn how we can take care of them!

How do we protect our hands?

Our hands are constantly exposed to the sun and the elements. We use them to touch, feel, and do our jobs. It’s super important to protect their skin. When I drive, I wear gloves to cover my hands. People that have been in the car with me know that I drive with gloves. They have a grip, so it’s not a risk. I have nothing in my hands and I’m 42. Think about it, you’re steering the wheel and exposing your hands constantly to the sun. Then is when you start seeing the spots and discolorations, and nobody likes those! So use your driving gloves and, of course, sunscreen!

Eyes area, what’s going on there? 

Why do we get fine lines here before anywhere else? Around our eyes, we are missing one little layer of the skin; the layer that has fat. So, we are missing that sort of cushioning that we have in the rest of our skin. That’s why our eye area gets wrinkles faster. ¿Cómo protegemos nuestras manos?
