Lemon Cloud Cheesecake🍋🧁 My healthy way!!

Hello, hello mis amores, I am so happy to share this delish recipe with you, if you are anything like me you don’t like to deprive yourself, but you don’t want to eat things that would make you feel bad latter, in my particular case sugar and carbs make me feel bloated, heavy and affect my thyroid as well so I avoid them at all costs.

With that being said, I want to treat myself without fearing feeling any of the above symptoms, so I decided to try sweet recipes with my personal twist and share them with😉

No Carbs, No Sugar full of Yumminess Lemon Cloud Cheesecake🤤 🍋


  • 2 Lemons
  • 4 Eggs
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup of your favorite sweetener (Mine is Allulose it has no aftertaste, and I love that)


I love to cook but I don’t want to be in the kitchen for hours, so this recipe takes 15 min to make, yes you heard it right 15 min😉

Separate the white from the yolk in 2 different bowls, mix the yolks with the lemon juice, sweetener, and cream cheese (leave cream cheese out the fridge for faster mixing)

 Whisk the egg whites until you get them whipped and then apply the first mix, do the mixing slowly and use a spatula if you want your cheese cake to be cloudy, if you don’t care about that and want to finished even faster use your electric mixer. Put your mix in a pyrex and bake for 25 minutes to 325 Fahrenheits, let it cool off, then fridge and enjoy your lemon cheesecake.
